Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and procure up-to-date information resources (electronic/print), including market data, legal research, industry news, and company reports.
- Negotiate subscription agreements to align with budgetary constraints and cost-efficiency goals.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual terms.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate social responsibility initiatives and staff engagement events.
- Provide day-to-day general office logistics support and be responsible for daily housekeeping routines and ad-hoc requirements.
- Source and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a cost-effective operation.
- Responsible for other ad hoc Corporate Affairs’ projects or initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in library science, social sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in law libraries, financial services organizations, or administrative roles.
- Experience in vendor management or contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
