根据单股多柜台安排1，同一多柜台合资格证券2（&濒诲辩耻辞;股票&谤诲辩耻辞;）在不同交易柜台执行的交易只会记录在主要交收柜台3（例如港币柜台）下，以在中央结算系统4进行结算及交收。并非主要交收柜台的任何其他货币柜台（例如人民币柜台）的持仓，会在主要交收柜台下合併计算，并在中央结算系统记录為单一持仓。
《成交单据规则》5第8(2)(b)、11(3)(f)及12(2)(b)条规定，中介人须於户口结单上显示在某日6终结时、某按月会计期终结时或要求的日期（视属何情况而定），為某客户的帐户持有的每一种类的客户证券及抵押品的數量、市场價格及市值（如該價格或市值可輕易確定的話）。
為了在單股多櫃台安排下遵守《成交单据规则》：
1 单股多柜台安排於2025年6月30日生效。
2 定义见香港中央结算有限公司（&濒诲辩耻辞;香港结算&谤诲辩耻辞;）一般规则。
3 &濒诲辩耻辞;主要交收柜台&谤诲辩耻辞;指港币柜台及反映港币柜台的股份编号，或由香港结算不时指定以记录某股票的合併持仓的该股票的其他货币柜台。
4 中央结算及交收系统（&濒诲辩耻辞;中央结算系统&谤诲辩耻辞;）。
5 《證券及期貨（成交單據、户口结单及收據）規則》（《成交单据规则》）。
6 指《成交单据规则》第8(3)条所指明的事件就该客户发生当日。
中介人可於户口结单上，將在日終、月終或要求的日期為某客户的帐户持有的股票数量以及其收市价呈述為所有货币柜台的合併持仓，或不同货币柜台的个别持仓。
